Walking Into the Room, We Have A Pot of Tea Ready At All Times Which We Call the Tea of the Moment. the Tea of the Moment Changes Throughout the Day. in Addition To the Tea of the Moment, On Weekends We Offer Complimentary Tastings of A Flight of Teas. for Example, We May Present Three White Teas; Chinese Mutan White Which Has Buds and Leaves, Chinese Silver Needle (Only Buds), and A Sri Lankan White Tea, Ceylon Silver Tips (Only Buds). This Way You Can Taste the Wide Spectrum of Flavors in White Teas From the Different Regions. We Also Welcome You To Taste A Tea of Your Choice. As We Do Not Offer the Flight During the Week, We Allow Two Tastings Per Person.
